Today February 1st is the day my cousin died 3 years ago. We were both 16 when he was taken. It was a car accident and he was the only one that died. His side of the car was hit by a minivan. I can not believe he is gone some days. When I drive to new york and stop at his house I still catch myself thinking I cannot wait to see Jake. I sleep with his picture above my head so that he can watch over me. I miss him all the time. I always imagine how life would be if he was still alive. he would either be at a culinary school or an art school. He had so much life to live. His family is one of the most amazing families I know. they did not deserve for this to happen to them. Jake was an amazing talented person. He could walk into a room and just light up the place. Every time I see an orange butterfly I think of him and it puts a smile on my face. I was lucky to know jake. everyone was. its horrible that he had to be taken so young. so unfair. He would of been something and knowing that that is gone is one of the worst feelings. I miss you all the time jake
